Edit the Robots.txt file

Hi!

Noob question. How do I edit the robots.text file? I submitted the site for indexing, but I'm getting the message that robots.txt is disallowing operations. My current robots.txt:

Allow: /
Disallow: /edit/
Disallow: /v/edit/
Disallow: /suggested-edits/
Disallow: /login
Disallow: /logout
