Any recent changes that cause CSS file to not load?

Hello, we're having an issue in our portal where our existing CSS file isn't being loaded and used in our portal for our Landing page. Any change we should be aware about that may have caused this?

I've checked audit logs and nothing has changed in the page or scripts itself.
