Hello, We have started receiving 'connection timed out' messages when accessing our documentation (actually, our customer did). A check of your status page shows all systems operational. A ping to our CNAME confirms it is still set up and working, with a response coming back from ssl.readmessl.com, so this should be working if the site is running. How do we report issues with availability? The 'Need help' directs here and to documentation. Thanks, Dustin

Hi! I've noticed that the content is not locked when I'm editing it, so the other admin/editor can edit the same content at the same time. The result is that changes are lost, because we overwrite each other's version. Do you plan to introduce a lock/freeze on the content when it's being edited? Usually in CMSs it works this way: when a user A edits an article X, then no one else can edit the X article and the message "content locked by user A" appears. Or it supports real-time editing, like google docs. Better management of edits would be very helpful for the users, it would keep the versions in order, and prevent loosing changes.

Hello! If I want to change a page slug from "android-v1-changes" to "android-v2-changes", all my links pointing to android-v1-changes will now be broken. ("https://dash.readme.io/project/mycompany/v1.9/docs/android-v1-changes" is changed to "https://dash.readme.io/project/mycompany/v1.9/docs/android-v2-changes") My question is this: - is there a way of automatically (or easily) changing all pages pointing to the old android-v1-changes slug to now point at the new page slug? - if not, is there an easy way of IDENTIFYING the pages pointing to the old page slug without letting my users find them themselves and complain about them to me? Thanks all

Hello, Do project admins have possibility: - To have a sort of track down of users that generate some content in our project, e.g. comments/edit suggestions - To have possibility to moderate user activity, or ban user that generates unsolicited bulk comments to our posts in blog or etc. As we could see so far, only admin staff is linked to specific project. Plain users are resource-wide (e.g. they have account in whole readme.io and not per-project) so we have no options to dismiss registration attempt and so on.

It is possible to use a REGEXP in the 'old doc' in redirects? The (docs)[https://readme.readme.io/docs/error-pages] doesn't say anything so I thought I'd ask. Also, is there a limit on the number of redirects you can set up? We may have several hundred to add in Duncs

Hi all, Our API (https://docs.followupboss.com/v1.0/reference#events-get) has the code examples sprawled out from the middle column all the way to the right column. Ideally, we would like for it to be like box.com (https://docs.box.com/reference#update-a-files-information) with the code examples in the right column, however I've been all over the documentation and don't see a way to accomplish this. Is there an easy way to do this, or are they using a bunch of custom stuff?

Why you do not show the current due invoice and only keep showing the paid ones ?! You must shot the due invoice in the billing page of the account And once you do so you should implement a CTA button "Pay Now" to automatically use the registered payment method of that account whether it c.card or PayPal. Also I cannot check status of my account for any overdue payments/invoices Thanks

We are noticing some inconsistent behavior with how autogenerated urls expand, e.g. of the form \[link name\](doc:page). It looks like if we have a link in say a version 30 page to version 29 and then that version 29 page has a link of the form \[check out this feature while it lasts\](doc:only-here-for-now), this will expand out to https://<>/v30/docs/only-here-for-now -- which may be a broken link. If we get to version 29 via the versions pulldown at the top, the links correctly respect the current version was we get https://<>/v29/docs/only-here-for-now as expected. Any one else able to reproduce this? We could "workaround" by hardcoding full urls instead, but that's obviously not very scalable. Thanks

Hi, I see the following warning under the Custom CSS page, can someone elaborate on what this implies if I am going to be heavily be leveraging this feature for the Landing Page and Documentation? ```Warning! The themes are still under heavy development, and are likely to change constantly. Soon we'll lock down the HTML and CSS for themes, but for now you should limit your changes to minor tweaks. Note that stylesheets aren't versioned; all versions use the same stylesheet.``` Thanks, Calvin

It doesn't seem to matter if the Announcements feature is active or disabled, it always appears in the footer of our landing page. It also shows the hidden announcements in the list which seems to be wrong also. Please advise.

I have added in some of my own anchor points into a doc page using the format ```(#anchor-link)``` but when I hit the page using this anchor link it does not work (I just get the top of the page as though the anchor isn't found) I have also tried ```[anchor](#anchor-link)``` I can see in the page source the anchor is there, however. What might the problem be?

I'm running into problems when editing objects. The changes that I make are not getting saved. I added a list of fields to an object, but the changes don't appear in the updated page. They're also getting deleted from the list when I go back to the edit page.

I am trying to set up redirects from the readme pages to a new website, but these don't work. In my opinion, the following paragraph contradicts itself: "If there's no matching ReadMe page, we'll check it see if there's a redirect rule for the URL. You can use this to redirect your old non-ReadMe paths to your new site when migrating to ReadMe. Use the format oldurl -> newurl (for example, /documentation/test -> /docs/test), with one per line. Note: Browsers cache these redirects, so changes might not work immediately." I would expect that as a page is not found on Readme, it would search for a redirect and then go to the given URL. Yet, in the second phrase, it says this is used for migrating TO ReadMe (the opposite of what I am trying to do here). So how this does actually work? I cannot set up an external url as the newurl?
